However, dialogue during the RSSTI process, involved regular reports, and meetings before, and after, each activity. It was claimed that this more proactive and interactive approach was due to the fact that the representatives were from central government offices (TDA and EEAA), and that they had had previous experience of similar projects (EC-20). Moreover, there were also bilateral negotiations between the representatives of the EEAA, TDA, and their parent agencies trying to address significant conflicts about the appropriate density for eco-lodge development.
